The world in the dreams
After having prepared our trip yuesterday, I could not sleep. At each moment my eyes hurt an Africa, an asia or an Amrerica, and would not let me sleep.
All my will was there, and the futility of everything else I am doing pop up in front of me, like screaming that I should left everything and go for the real life somewhere else.
But going back to reality, I found a reason to stay 9 months more to my place: furthermore to learn russian, it helps to save some money for the trip ;)
I begun the "Petite encyclopedie du cinema" tonight, and copied the chronology which is at the begining. It is good because there are few films, adnd they are categorized by continent :)
Tonight I hope I am enough tired to sleep in my dreams, rather than dreaming of them in my bed...
Library time
A few hours in Beaubourg's library.
Preparing some reading repport for you, with lists of moovies. Not yet about modern world cinema, but history, and some must see moovies, part of history. And a good start for the map. End of this book tomorrow, and the end of "Guide du cinema mondial", Gaston Haustrate seems interesting too for modern cinema. Could not find books exactly about "Geography of Cinema", i'll try soon in a specialized book shop, they could give me more personnal clues than a library computer. Or i'll phone to a friend in a cinema school to ask for a selective bibliography...
memo for me : get a kind of "vocabulaire du cinema" lexique. I get short in ords to translate, i have to fix my lacks. Gibert tomorrow.
